Account and data deletion
Artis Sales is operated by Artis Laminates Private Limited. App accounts are created by an Artis administrator. You can ask us to close your app account or delete specific personal data, including if you can no longer sign in.
How to make a request
- Email info@artislaminates.com with the subject Artis Sales account or data deletion.
- Include your name and the phone number registered in Artis Sales so we can identify the account.
- Say whether you want to close the whole app account or delete particular information, such as a profile photo, note or support attachment.
If email is unavailable, call +91 83074 08312 and say that the request concerns Artis Sales. If you can sign in, you can also submit the request through Profile → Support, which goes to the admin support list.
Do not send an SMS verification code, password or identity-document photo. We may contact you to verify that you control the account or clarify the scope of your request.
What the request covers
A whole-account request covers your sign-in access, profile details and associated personal information. You can request specific data deletion without asking to close your account. Tell us if the request concerns notes, uploaded photos or support messages so these can be identified.
Attendance, visit, sheet, expense and business-account records can also contain information needed for company operations or record-keeping obligations. Some of these records, access/security records or backup copies may need to be retained. We review the affected data and explain the categories retained, the reason and any applicable retention period when responding. Removing app access does not automatically erase every business record.
Copies on your phone and in other apps
Signing out or uninstalling Artis Sales does not send a deletion request. Personal Library files are stored on the phone rather than automatically uploaded to Artis; you can remove them in the app. Copies you have exported, shared through WhatsApp or saved elsewhere remain with you or the recipients and are not recalled by deleting your Artis account.
